COOLA (New Version) - Organic Radical Recovery After Sun Body Lotion

Such a great product. I use it year round as my face cream. My 2 year fight with dry patches on my face healed within a couple of weeks. I also rub it onto and around my lips the apply lip moisturizer stick over it. My lips feel so much healthier. No smell! My whole face is nourished and protected all day!

I try to be positively fanatical about applying sunscreen to my family but sometimes I forget, and often while I'm making sure to slather them I forget my own skin. So, burns happen. As long as I have this in the medicine cabinet it isn't so bad. As long as the burn isn't so severe it's blistering this magical lotion soothes it more effectively than aloe vera with lidocaine and helps our skin recover fast! In the rare situation where one of us burns badly enough to blister I do turn to the aloe. What I especially love about this is that it works on body AND face. It moisturizes very effectively and we've never had acne breakouts from it. Even though it's pricy I always buy 2 or 3 tubes a year so we are never without it. A little goes a long was as well, so that also helps with my price concerns.

I searched online for the best after sun body lotion. The COOLA brand surfaced several times. I decided to order it from Amazon. I have very dry skin and the sun, ocean, and pool makes my skin shrivel like a prune. Out of the products that I have tried in the past, COOLA is hands down the best. No tight, itchy skin. I used it every day and after I got home. What a difference in my skin. The scent is light and does not linger. I would say it a tad thicker than the thinner lotions that are available....but easy to spread on.

Bought this on a friends recommendation after a day with too much sun and I love it! If you get burned, you need to apply multiple times that night for it to be most effective, but it did shorten the healing time. I used it in combination with another after sun product. I prefer this one best for using after a day in the sun or at the beach when your skin feels tight and dry, or even as a daily lotion.

Do you have sensitive skin? Do you sometimes forget to put on sunscreen as often as you should? This stuff works great. I got burned working in the yard a couple weeks ago and put this on a couple times a day for about three days and I never itched or peeled. It is on the pricier side which sucks but I am willing to pay for things that work because I have such sensitive skin. I will say it does have a scent to it. I am normally VERY sensitive to fragrance but I find this to be pleasant. But if you don’t like scents you might want to skip this one.
