When it works it works well I love the idea of being able to re-charge my iPhone two or three times is great but it's too unreliable to be a solid product.After 2 weeks of use, it has stop charging my iPhone consistently.Returned.

After a couple of weeks, it stops workign properly. Phone keeps connecting and disconnecting at will. When charging, it does not charge the phone, only the batteyr back. The connection between the pack and the phone is faulty. If I remove and reinsert, it works for a while. Not good. I had the same problem with a competitor's brand on a different iphone.

I was disappointed in two things you can't plug you earbuds in and play music also difficult to get on and the pin that goes into your phone snapped after very little use

Holds charge for quite a bit and recharges the iPhone nicely. Well built also.

So, it's a battery first and a case second. I describe it that way because as a battery, it performed fine. It charged up, held the charge and was there to give my phone power when it needed it. That's the reason for two stars instead of one.Now the bad--after one drop of the phone, the battery became disassembled at the connection to my phone. It literally just came apart. For what I paid, I shouldn't have expected much more, but when it dropped from my hand, it hit asphalt, broke apart and ejected my phone. That part was disappointing.I don't recommend this as a case, but would recommend if only using for a portable battery.
