It works great.
I used this converter so I could use my 12 volt camper supply to run my Resmed c-pap throught the night. I used it for a week of camping with no issues. It ran cool to the touch.

Some of the product description calls it a charger. It is not a charger, it is a power adapter. Or power supply. You plug it into your car cigarette port and the other end into your CPAP machine and that’s it, no battery required. Another review said the cigarette plug fits a little loose, but I don’t have any issues. Fits snug to me. Perfect, I would give it 10 stars if I could. If someone wants to nitpick, they could say the cigarette adapter end could use a little red power indicator. The cables are directly attached. Someone could say that the cables should be replaceable. Which might make it compatible with other Resmed models. But those are nitpicks and would make it more expensive. So I think it’s fine as is. The connections fit fine to me. It powers my machine fine. It is very compact for easy packing. And quite inexpensive. 10 stars.
