Solution first. Many people complain about the pump not being reliable. Store it upside down. First bang the lid on your hand like you would with an almost empty bottle. This gets the product where it should be and eliminates any air bubbles. Then, Store it upside down. On the lid. No more unreliable pumps. Second, this product works magic. I would highly recommend to anyone needing replacement. Very high quality, and consistent results. Neutral smell, and fast absorption.

Update: I really like this brand, however, a 50% increase in price has forced me to look elsewhere, and I’ve found other brands with similar results for the same price as this brand used to be. It used to be $19.99 but now it’s $30. The price change was literally overnight. I know inflation has increased costs but why is NOW selling theirs for $14 and it has 250mg more than this brand. If inflation had hit progesterone at a 50% increase in cost then we’d see other brands increasing theirs at a similar rate. They’re losing customers by increasing the price of their progesterone. Another thing that upsets me is their 50mg progesterone is $35, so it’s $5 more to get twice as much progesterone, so they’re charging more for everything else. The high cost has nothing to do with inflation of progesterone. Just getting greedy in my opinion. I’m upset because I dislike being a loyal customer and having to change brands after getting used to this one, especially because the increase has to do more with greed than anything else.Great for prostate, anti estrogen, and gives me the best sleep ever when applied at night! This is not a female hormone and we are bathed in progesterone in the womb. Men and women both need progesterone, just like men need estrogen, but in different amounts. I honestly can’t see myself ever not using this again because it helps my sleep so much!

I bought this because after comparing other brands, this one had the least amount of chemical fillers. The product does have a very light scent that is not overpowering and disappears in about 15 minutes. I bought the P25 concentration, and now wished I had bought the P75, so I could apply as little cream as possible and get the same amount of progesterone into my skin. So instead of applying a whole pump of P25, I could apply a 1/3 pump of P75. I also bought the Estriol cream from the same company, and that is very effective. I only use 1/5 of a pump (about 1mg, which is 1000mcg) and I felt an effect about 1/2 hour later (calm, relaxed). I was on bio-id hormones from age 45-50 for Peri M symptioms and stopped at age 50. Now at age 55, my recent bone density test is -2.5 (It was -1.7 at age 50). I attribute this to stopping the hormones, as all other supplements stayed the same. A clinical study found that Estriol helped increase bone density in a group of post menopausal women. I do not want to take estradiol for it's negative effects, so I am glad I found this. I get my calcium through my diet. I am also taking Vitamin K-2, Vitamin D, and Boron (calcium fructo borate). I also take Borax (1/8 tsp in 1Qt of water) 2x per day, 5 days per week. I'm purchasing a vibration plate (50 hz linear), and a small stepper. Will post when I get another bone density test in several years with the results.

I have been taking progesterone since 2001, and I started taking it under a doctor's direction, by prescription. The dosage changed over the years and now the doctor has me on 25 mg, all but 3 days a month. I switched to this product because it is less than half the cost of prescription progesterone, at the same dose. I recommend that you work with a doctor to get started because your natural levels should be measured and you should only take enough to get yourself in a healthy normal range. BUT: Good luck finding a doctor who understands bio-identical hormones. I work with the Tahoma Clinic in the Seattle area. However, if you are post menopausal, you can pretty much guess that you have almost no progesterone. In that case, you could try a 20mg dose and then a 25mg dose, and see which works best. In my case, I also need estriol. The whole dosing thing is tricky because you should consider your estrogen levels and balance estrogen with progesterone, and for that you need lab work and a doctor. But since I have already gone that route, for years, I know what amount I need. The reason I only gave this product 4 stars is that it provides way too much cream per pump. I have to rub it all over a large area, like both arms from the hands to elbows, or both legs from the knee to hips. I would prefer a more concentrated cream that I could apply like the prescription cream. The problem with too much cream is "dermal fatigue". If you put a hormone cream on the same skin spot over and over, after a few weeks to months, the skin does not absorb the hormone any longer. So be sure to rotate the spots where you apply this cream, or over time it might quit working. Update on 7/9/19: I notice that the price has dropped so now this product is about a third of the cost of the prescription progesterone

I've been using Progesterone Cream since the beginning of peri-menopause, and was able to glide through with none of the unpleasant side effects of menopause. I stopped using it for a few years, but a recent Dutch Urine Test revealed that I was low in Progesterone and Estrogen, so I started using it again. Results of using various "other" progesterone creams were "ok" but when I tried this one (Bio Labs PRO Progesterone BioIdentical Cream) - along with their Bio Identical Estrogen Cream (both of which are smooth on the skin and absorb well) I noticed an immediate improvement of my symptoms, and the next morning felt that I had had a better night's sleep than I had had in months.
