Very light and keeps food hot.
I recently saw this storage box at a barbecue demo. The guy uses it to “rest” meat after slow cooking on the barbecue. There is plenty of room to use a metal food tray. He was cooking brisket that comes off at around 200 degrees and needs to cool down slowly to 150 degrees before serving. This does a terrific job because it is so well insulated. The lid fits extremely tight and is difficult to remove. That is necessary to achieve an airtight seal.

Not the material i thought it was.
This does a great job of keeping things hot, fits a large hotel pan perfectly. I am concerned about its durability, I thought it was blow molded plastic., it’s just styrofoam.

Fits a full size aluminum pan
I was looking for a hot box to keep brisket, turkey, etc. at a safe temperature to rest and be held securely for transport. This product seems to fit the bill for my needs. It's lightweight, has a tight fitting lid, made of sturdy Styrofoam type material. Measurements seemed accurate. Can't wait to see how it does.
