Do you just add the legs ?

We hired a pool table moving company to take it upstairs and assemble it for $300. However, I did notice that the 4 pc under skirt and the legs were the items they had to attach. The table is very heavy and awkward, so 2 very strong men is necessary to move it. Leveling is pretty simple, as the table feet have leveling screws on each foot.

Can it fit in a 13.5 x 17 room?
