iPhone 13 User Guide: Comprehensive Instructions on How to Use iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro Max Paperback – October 6, 2021

This is precisely what I needed, an in-depth and comprehensive guide to the iPhone 13. I bought another of the popular books earlier, which was very cursory and didn't tell me anything I didn't already know from prior models or intuition. This is a thick volume (522 pages), more of a manual, that covers pretty much everything in detail. Some reviewers have complained that it doesn't have an index, but it does have a very comprehensive table of contents that essentially serves the same purpose. If you're looking for an easy "quick start" guide, this isn't it; but if your looking for a detailed guide that explains pretty much every feature, this is it.

This book is what I needed to learn all about using and knowing how to use features of Iphone 13. My old phone is Iphone SE (1st generation). Going from SE to 13 Iphone, there is a lot to learn. This book is over 500 pages full of detail information. There are new terms like “haptic” and “focus”, I didn’t know what it mean. The guide book explained the meaning of these terms. Book goes into detail how to use camera app. There is big difference between the Iphone 13 camera capabilities as compared to SE camera. Everything you wanted to know about Iphone 13 is covered in this book.

Book is very comprehensive and very detailed. Great if you are in to technology of the phone. Too complicated for older people.

I suspect because the author wanted to get this book out ASAP as the phone was available that he did not include an index (although this is easy to do) or illustrations which of course would have made this book much easier to use. Since I upgraded from a 7 to a 13 I had a lot of new things to learn quickly so I am grateful for this book. I hope it gets re-issued when the author can fix the problem areas. Very comprehensive.

If I viewed this book at a bookstore , I would not have bought it. I'm a recent buyer of an iPhone , having a Google Pixel for many years and not liking it. I'm a person who does not CARE about all the bells and whistles. So I get the book and look for the index-AND THERE IS NONE. I would also like some illustrations . I was expecting a list of illustrations NOPE. So for me , to seek knowledge about a specific aspect, I have to go through the Table of Contents and somehow see it. ? Nope, I'm going to go to the Barnes and Noble near me and see if ther eis a better book for me about this iPhone. I wasted my money

It is very complete. Organization is always a problem for any manual for a "mature" product like iphone, but this is organized as well as any.

Very professional document, excellent descriptions great Index and well organized.

This book helped me with my phone set-up when I was upgrading from an i-phone 6. The spacing between words was "messed up" but not a problem to understand the instructions. I didn't like that the images were not individually labeled. This made it difficult to correlate each image with the action required. Overall though the book has what an old technologically challenged person like me needs.
