Almay Longwear & Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover Pads, 2 Pack

These wipes have saved me so many times! I go between Glamnetic and Luxilla magnetic liner/lashes, as well as the Kiss Lash Glue Liner & lashes - and this is the only product that will actually remove all of the gunk and stickiness. Yes, I use two (one for each eye) and it takes about a minute or two each eye, but they are absolutely spotless after. It does feel a little oily/greasy after removal, so I just use my regular face wipe or face cleanser and go over the area to remove that feeling, I have sensitive skin (prone to redness and irritability), and *knock on wood*, I haven't had any issue with these.

These pads did NOTHING for my waterproof mascara. Not a smudge. CRYING or basic makeup wipe could’ve done better. For something marketed as eye makeup remover, that’s a pretty big fail. To make matters worse, they leave your eyelids feeling like you slathered them in Crisco. Greasier than any wipe I’ve tried, and not in a nourishing way—just straight-up pore-clogging. I wouldn’t be shocked if they caused those little sebum pearls. Pads are flimsy and paper-thin. Nice scent, sure, but that’s the only point in their favor. I’m returning and switching to micellar pads. Do not recommend.

I tried these right away and they removed my waterproof mascara easily and entirely! Super stoked to add these to my regimen.

I really hate this product. First, the remover pads are very small and thin. So while you may think you’re getting a lot of them, it’s hard to use just one. There isn’t enough coverage of your eye or product on the wipe to get by with one per eye, I have to use two - so four of them each time I use them. Next, the remover product isn’t that great. This one is for waterproof so it’s a little bit oily, which I expected. But I get better results from micellar water, which isn’t oily. Last and most bothersome of all, they feel like sandpaper on your eyes. I don’t have particularly sensitive skin, and the remover doesn’t bother me. Teeny tiny little pad leaves my skin feeling like I used an emery board on it. Avoid this product until you see something that tells you they changed everything about it.

Please read!! These are the best mascara removal pads!! I use 2 mascaras 1 for volume and 1 waterproof (Essence also my favorite) I use 1 pad for both eyes and it works perfect! I have long lashes and I Never lose lashes, which I have with other pads. They were a bit tricky though. You have to leave the pad on lashes for about 30 seconds and then swipe and keep doing the same until it is completely off. It is a bit oily but a little witch hazel helps clean it up. I will use these forever!!!❤️

These are exactly what they say - makeup remover wipes. I was looking more for the ones that you can clean your face but not leave and residue. These leave your face feeling oily. Which is not bad as I use them before bed. But I can’t use them right before I am to do my makeup unless you wipe the oil off your face or rub it really good into your face. They do work amazing for removing tough mascara etc just a tad bit to oily for me and they are slightly abrasive but not horrible.

Almay used to make perfect eye-makeup-remover pads, maybe 5 years back. The last version was terrible. The actual liquid in this version is okay, but the pad material itself is too rough and scratchy for eyes.

Works amazingly great on waterproof mascaras i had a hard time finding a good product that wouldn’t irritate my skin and this is definitely worth it . It leaves skin soft and its very easy to use ,it works wonders on removing it super fast

El producto en si cumple su función de desmaquillar tal como lo indica, colocas el pad presionas ligeramente el párpado unos segundos y si desmaquilla, el único inconveniente es que en mi caso que tengo ojos sensibles y recién realizada una cirugía de ojos, me comenzó a arder en la parte de abajo del ojo, donde estan las pestañas bajas. Repito, el producto cumple su función de desmaquillar, pero en ojos sensibles no se si sea mejor la versión con tapa rosa.

Love this makeup removing pads. They are the only ones that completely remove my eye makeup. Highly recommend.

Because I have sensitive skin and eyes I wear waterproof mascara as well as false eyelashes using extra strong glue. This product is the best one I have found. After taking off my false lashes, I hold a pad over each closed lid for 1 minute and then wipe downwards, upwards and back and forth. Everything is removed gently with no stinging eyes or irritated skin. Quick and easy. Also removes long wear lip products. Love it!
