Very well made extra large will not fit in small cage door opening
Good product think plastic well made extra large keep in mind will not fit in to small standard cage door openings so do the measurements

Good size for parakeets and larger
These open top nests are the type I wanted for my finches. Unfortunately, I didn't pay attention to the measurements and they are too large for them and their cage. I needed a size down from these, even though they were listed for finches, they are more parakeet/lovebird size. I will order the smaller size and give these to a friend that has parakeets.
