Great value, very cool, and very good customer support.
Thank you for exceptionally good customer support. The product emits a "hotspot" that is easily synced through a smartphone. Your video files are then uploaded through your Wifi to the holo fan, and then automatically converted in a format that is used and projected onto the holographic fan. After some issues with the hotspot, the seller actually sent a replacement. I consider this to be extremely good customer service. Thank you!

Product does not work
The product has an associated app, which has some tutorials. But the tutorial instructions does not match with the functionality of the product. There is a customer service phone no and email. No one picks up the phone, neither is there any reply on the mail.So its a complete deadlock scenario; there is no way to make the product work.

effective and simple to use
Interested to try these out so purchased one and experimented. The documentation is a little weak and the app that is used to control it wirelessly doesnt appear to install upon android devices. I imagine development on the app may not be that regular. I discovered that the provided software to convert movies to .bin format isnt really needed, as it plays mp4 clips anyway. The bin files didnt seem to work. This may however be due to the version of the product - but again, its unclear from the documentation.Only MP4s with a max resolution of 1280x1280 and 25fps work on this model in the UK.They look great though and its alot of fun to experiment with

Very impressive display device!
This is a really eye-catching and unique hologram display. It spins pretty fast! The included encoder program makes it very easy to convert any video to the proper format to use on the hologram fan. The device is very easy to assemble and use. I'm very impressed and eager to use this display for trade shows or job fairs.
