After less than 3 months of using it, base broke. I then contacted supported and have not received any reply. The say their product has 3 years of warranties!!! Made in China!

I am thrilled with this red light therapy machine. I have had been in so much pain with my shoulder for the past year due to a car accident which damaged my rotator and deltoid and whatever is in there. Could barely even get my coat on and off. I've had therapy galore several times a week and all worked for a bit but didn't last and the right back to pain again. I had to give up the gym and a multitude of other activities I've done for years and well as many things at home or suffer greatly after trying. Within less than a week using the near infrared for 19 minutes and 6" away, I've had about 50% less pain a lot of the time. I hardly notice pain getting my coat on and off now (seriously), still struggle some to go over my head with anything but it's finished a bit. I'm gradually able to build back up in the gym and I attribute this little machine to that next level that I needed to put me back on the map. The first time I tried it, the next day I could feel a substantial reduction in the pain in my shoulder. I've been using everyday for the past week and amazed. I don't have a verdict yet on my issue and why it's not going away and until I found that out I don't know if this will take it away completely but this is the closest I've come so far. I highly recommend. I've told so many people about this since purchasing. It's worth it have relief I hope anyone purchasing has the same results I've had.

This light is amazing for muscle aches and pain (like pulled muscles in your back or hips). The next day I felt 95% better! Even my family is coming over to use it too.

It doesn’t work and I just found out I can’t return it !!

It's definitely a quality panel and I do find it both effective and an enjoyable daily ritual. Surprisingly I find it most effective for soothing muscle and tendon aches and injuries. I have trouble with my neck and knees, and there is no doubt this panel provides symptomatic relief. It is also a great way to start the day doing breathing exercises in front of this panel. My only small complaint is the touch sensitive buttons on the side. Often when I grab the panel to adjust it I accidentally turn it off, set the timer, or change the light frequency. It's no big deal and easy to correct, but I think the older design with the two switches for each frequency band on the back would be preferable. The stand is solid. Some reviews say it's tight to adjust, but I don't think you'd want it looser. It does a great job holding it in position and is no problem to adjust once you get used to it.
