Will it keep the gold color with use over time?

There is a removable porcelain cup inside the metal part. You can wipe the metal parts with a damp cloth. You can wash the porcelain cup in the machine. You will not have any problems with the gold color.

How many ounces of tea or coffee can fit?

"This cup can hold approximately 3.4 fluid ounces of tea or coffee."

How many ounces will each cup hold?

I don’t know the exact ounce but each cup holds enough for 2 Turkish coffee servings - I do hope that helps.
