What are the ingredients in this oil?

The label says: "Ingredients: 100% pure peppermint oil" ... "Suggested Use: For aromatherapy use. For all other uses, carefully dilute with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive or almond oil prior to use."

how do you apply the peppermint Oil? On dry sponge? Damp sponge?

I placed the peppermint oil on dry cotton ball, then placed the cotton ball in a small plastic container. I had placed small holes around the container so I could put the cover on the container. I placed a small container in each room of my house, and did not worry that my cats would get poisoned. Mice left and the house smells nice.

can this oil be used in bar soaps?

I have no idea but I don’t see why not
