It's okay!
I put a little squirt in my coffee each day. It tastes a tad oily but I can handle it, especially since my weight seems to be going down slowly. Whether it has anything to do with the MCT oil or not is a mystery.

Smaller bottle, this type (c8) gives me heartburn
I prefer their other MCT oil that is not C8. I actually find it works better and I can feel the warmth after about 20 minutes in my abdomen. Feels like it’s burning fat. This one I find actually gives me heartburn. Especially if you eat it on an empty stomach. Even with food, I find it hard to digest so I won’t be ordering it again. The bottle is much smaller than their other one.

BEST MTC OIL YOU CAN BUY IN THE WORLD
Greetings from Australia, Nutiva Organic C8 MCT Oil is the very best, I tried a few other brands, this one tops them all for quality and taste, (meaning there is no funny taste) which makes it perfect for adding to my coffee in the morning or salads. I read a few comments regarding how the bottle top squirts the Oil, these are the same guys who can't aim and miss the toilet every time they pee. Just aim into the coffee cup, how hard is it.
