HEB Cafe Ole Taste of Texas Whole Bean Coffee 12oz Bag (Pack of 3) (Taste of Austin Medium Roast - Nutty Flavor with a Hint of Cinnamon)

Since living in Texas, my absolute favorite coffee, especially if ones likes chocolate she vanilla. They can be a bit oily, so the grinder needs more frequent cleaning. Nevertheless, the flavor is worth it. However, these well for less than $10/bag in stores and though HEB doES not export their whole bean coffee themselves, it seems a tad extortionist for Amazon sellers to charge $12-15/bag.

My girlfriend and I discovered this coffee at a dinner we attended. Once it came time for dessert, one of the most amazing coffees I've ever had was poured. We inquired as to the brand and the host wasn't entirely sure since her mother shipped it to her from Texas. All we had was very little information to go on, but I made it a mission to find out where this coffee came from and how we could get it. The crisp coffee aroma mixed with fresh roasted coconut floods your nose immediately upon opening the package. Grinding the beans prior to use opens the flavor further and has anyone within 10 feet wondering what kind of coffee you have. Once it begins to brew the flavorful smell begins to permeate the entire house. Every sip tastes like fresh coconut and chocolate. No need for sugar or honey, but if you prefer it a bit sweeter then add just a touch. Same goes for milk or cream. Be careful not to alter what is an already amazing flavor. Their other coffees are good as well, but the HEB Cafe Ole Houston Blend is the best.

I accidentally ordered beans. They won’t accept the return. Unopened , 3 packages. Ordering online has disadvantages, for sure.The coffee is good. I’ve used it, and like it. Don’t want to buy a grinder and figure that out.

Why buy 12oz (pack of 3) for $39- $46 when it's still available but just been repackaged??It costs $7.89 ea in 'updated' basic & boring Package - Brown & Blue - definitely a downgrade. BUT the beans are still as delicious.Buy x3 = $23.67 & compare with price of old packaging they are trying to get rid of??I still love the Coffee but up to you if you want to pay double the price or not!

the taste is very good the taste is the most important part even though it is high in price and you can only get small quantity 'sThat is too bad that it is so expensive I had to stop using it.

This is my favorite coffee and I don't live in Texas anymore, so Amazon is about the only way to get it. It shipped fast and was fresh, so I'll order it again when I need it.

My whole family in Texas drinks this coffee because it tastes and smells amazing; a bonus is that we get to support HEB while doing so! When I moved to California, I simply could not find a replacement despite trying premium coffees from all over the world. I almost stopped drinking coffee all together until I thought to see if there was any way that HEB could deliver the coffee via Amazon. And that's when I found this gem. I'm currently on my third or fourth order. Happy that I can bring a little bit of Texas to California.

We love this coffee. We buy it all the time when we visit Texas. One problem is that it is twice the cost when you order it on Amazon, normally it’s about $7 a package at HEB but here it’s almost $14, so make sure you really want it!
