Love it
This purchase was for a gift for my grandson. He just bought a new house, his first, and I'm sure it will be used a lot. I have both the drill and the impact drill myself. Would not want to be without them. Handle well. Good batteries. I have always been very satisfied.

My drill works as intended
My first one was shipped to me, and it was clearly refurbished. I did not have a problem with that if I bought one that was a refurb. I contacted amazon and without hassle they sent me another one. I used the box it came in to send the first one back. SO far so good. The drill has been used several times, and it works as intended. Greenworks stuff seems a bit pricey, but I am invested in it. I have a weed Wacker/ Drill and 3 batteries. If these work fine, next month I plan on purchasing the wet/dry vac

drill and battery work well but drill bits soft
good value, the drill works fine esp. comes with two batteries. But the bits are not heavy duty ones, broke several bits already.

Come for the batteries, stay for the drill
I bought this because I needed new batteries for my other Greenworks tools and the drill was basically free. My indoor tools are all Ryobi but this drill kit turned out to be nicer than I expected. What was really surprising is that the older batteries that weren't working in my blowers do work in the drill. So I ended up with a drill in a bag, a small charger, batteries for the drill, and new batteries for my yard tools. All in all, pretty happy.

I received two batteries. The first one is perfectly fine with no issues, but there is a small problem with the second oneโthe battery status button is stuck and doesnโt show how much charge is left. Overall, Iโm satisfied. Iโm just mentioning this so you know and can pay attention next time. Thank you!

Quit working
Purchased in July 2023...originally very happy wit Purchase, but last month when I went to use it it only clicks . Batteries are charged and the "headlight", which is a nice feature illuminating work, comes on. But drill chuck doesn't turn ...just clicks, no matter what setting, though this drill has only been lightly used. Very disappointing

Greenworks are good tools!
Another great greenworks product. 24 volt battery works with my blower and trimmer, also from greenworks. It's a nice drill!
