The Bidet is great. Amazing value. Best customer service (In my 20 years of tech) I have ever received… After three years the LED went out. We were two years over the warranty. I contacted them hoping to buy a replacement part or guide me through trying to fix it. Instead, within an hour they shipped me a new bidet. They told me they didn’t want me to have to repair it. I was stunned, I thought maybe they were just telling me what I wanted to hear, because it was too good to be true. Two days later my replacement bidet arrived… I never asked for one, they offered it to me totally unprompted and apologized that I had issues. After being in the tech industry for years, you learn that all products break. Some more than others. What is irreplaceable and incredibly rare, is a company who stands by their product and is customer friendly. Some of the major brands will advertise amazing customer service, and amazing warranties, but make you jump through hoops and ship back circuit boards and force unqualified people to do their own technical support before they will even help. All Bejoan did was ask me what replacement model and shipping method I wanted… two years after they were required to do so. In fact, they weren’t even required to message me back. I cannot recommend them enough. The truth is most of the 4-5 star brands that are not household names use 98% of the same parts. So the choice is very simple. Do they have integrity? Do they stand behind their product? Do they care about their customers? They chose to lose money and do the right thing, or rather go the extra mile for no gain… that’s integrity. I hope this review grabs them a ton of customers and sales, because in a market like this where customer service is a thing of the past, we need to support companies like this.

While I really like this bidet..its assembly was easy, the water pressure is just right (though my husband did say he wouldn't mind it spraying a little harder) I love the warm seat now that it's winter. BUT. it gets 4 stars for making me want to slap the person who thought it was a good idea to beep every time you sat on it, on the side of the head and say "what in the world had you think that was a good idea!"

Installing the Bejoan bidet was a breeze – it took me less than half an hour, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Once installed, its performance exceeded my expectations. The water pressure and temperature control are spot on, providing a comfortable and refreshing cleansing experience. I was pleasantly surprised by its versatility – it offers various nozzle positions and spray patterns to cater to individual preferences. The bidet fit perfectly on my existing toilet and felt sturdy and well-made. Considering its quality and features, it offers excellent value for money compared to other bidets on the market. Though I had to temporarily remove it to continue my bathroom renovations, during my time using it, the Bejoan bidet worked flawlessly, and I can't wait to reinstall it once my renovations are complete.

Works like a champ, it does pre mist when sitting down, also when you lift the cover, it would pre mist. Sit is warm, water pressure is good, temp is good, I've been using the remote, and have not tried the manual button on the side, the components where the nozzle hides, this part of the area is good height, it is away from the unexpected blast from planet Uranus, so really, it keeps everything clean. Installation is easy, you need power. Also, the sit is solid, does not shift around, and it has some protective lip under the sit, for dudes or kids that pee and poop, then the front of the sit has a covering, this prevent pee from shooting out of the sit and falls to the front of the toilet. This is worth the money if you want an alternative from the toto bidet.

The Bidet itself seems like a well built and is a quality product, however the water connector does not fit my standard US toilet. I went to two local plumbing supply stores and said that there was nothing the could do and that there was no adapter available. Since I cannot use it... It's no good to me. I am in the process of returning it. It's 1 Star from me.

Setting it up was simple, and it feels like a smart gadget that's making my bathroom trips much more comfortable and hygienic. It arrived in great condition and was packaged very nicely! I would definitely get another one for my second bathroom.

The biggest thing to check before purchasing is making sure you have an electrical outlet close enough to the toilet. As long as that’s covered, installation was surprisingly straightforward. The directions were clear, and it did not require a plumber to install. Everything connected easily, and once set up, it worked wonderfully. The heated and bidet functions have been great, and overall I’ve been very happy with it. If I had another bathroom to upgrade, I would absolutely purchase another one. Five stars.
