Q: How do you it set it up indoors if the stakes that are included are for ground installation outside?

The stakes are for when it's windy or rough play. I have a two year old and even when him and a friend get in it the house it doesn't rotate or slide on the carpet at all. You just plug it in like normal, watch it blow up and there is not a need for the stakes inside.

Q: My kids are 9 & 11. is this too small?

I think it would be on the small side for them it’s great for my 2 and 4 year old !

Q: Can I use it in Europe, or will I need a transformer?

You would need a transformer for the blower.
