I have been taking this vitamin for about 5 years. My chiropractor recommended that I take this for my thyroid. It gives me energy throughout the day. If I miss taking this vitamin I can tell that I don't have as much energy. They are easy to swallow capsules so that's also a plus.

I have an underactive Thyroid and a natural iodine deficiency. This product was prescribed and definitely is part of the supplements that make a difference to me. I don't understand the weird reviews, I would ignore them if I were you.
