High quality. We have one thatโs filled with air and itโs fine but this is solid and really digs in to the area itโs used. Every time I pick it up I think of what a great deal it was and how well itโs made.

Well made. Very Firm. A bit small.
I use this to help with my back pain. It is a bit smaller than another one I have, but this is 10x more well made. This is the only product I have found that i can really lean in to. It can massage the knots from your back or you can use it to crack your mid/upper back (which is almost impossible without help from someone strong. I'm sure there are other ways to use it, but I haven't checked. Overall, good product, but a little smaller than I'd prefer....so I have to use this one as well as that one.

Nice and dense
The material.is dense and hardly gives at all. I like that. The first time I used it I heard some of my vertebrae popping. No other device I purchased for the same purpose ever did that for me. I only wish the balls were a tiny bit wider apart. The device itself is not very large but heavy. The size makes it easy to carry along during trips.

This Roller Actually Helped My Low Back Pain
I've been using the roller everyday without fail. I takes about 10 minutes up against a wall. It can be painful the way a deep massage is painful, but after about a week I noticed a huge difference. The benefit has been so much that it keeps me doing the rolling everyday because I don't want to lose it!
