Joystar wants their customer to be 100% satisified with the product they ordered
We ordered this bike for our grandaughter who is tall for her age. There are not many 20" bikes with training wheels! Love the retro style of this bike. We can't wait to give it to her for Christmas. Some hardware was missing and Joystar went beyond getting us the missing hardware. Joystar even followed up to make sure we received it! I will order again in the future and would recommend them to others.

My granddaughter loves her new bike!
What's NOT to love! Great color, awesome retro detail with the banana seat and sissy bar (don't know if those terms are still used, but IYKYK). I purchased this as a "half birthday" gift for my granddaughter. She was the one who picked it out and she absolutely loves it!

DONT BUY THIS BIKE
The media could not be loaded. do not buy this bike. It came with the box absolutely destroyed even the inside box with all the hardware was destroyed. I ended up missing and nut from where the bar in the back screws into the seat luckily I bought that from a hardware store, but now the left training wheel will not stay in place. The bike is not rideable without a parent holding on to the bar in the back I also can’t get the front brake to properly work. Also to mention I have the nut on the training wheel as tight as it can go to the point where I’m pretty sure I stripped it and won’t be able to take it off, but it’s still not tight enough.

Finally a bike that's easy to assemble!
Some of us may have kids that are resistant to learning to ride bike. This bike is perfect for some of us. It's one of the few bikes out there that comes with training wheels on a 20" frame, well packed, and super easy to assemble. The last bike I purchased from amazon was a nightmare and I spent most of Christmas Eve assembling it and it still didn't work correctly. This one was a breeze and the instructions were simple! Pro tip: don't use the included "zip" ties for the basket. Use real zip ties and save some frustration!

Instruction manual and videos are nearly useless
Cool bike. Just know if you buy this thing you're going to have to be creative with your build. It will take the manual, videos and pictures of the bike to keep it on tracks. Each aspect skipping important steps that you'll be stuck figuring out like a puzzle to get this thing together.Be warned though. They have the training wheels straight up and down in the picture here. If you do them like this they'll slip off track and scrape the paint off of the training wheel metal. There is a notch on the stainless washer-like piece that locks the training wheels in at a slight angle. Not like it shows in the pic. So look out for that and you'll be good.Far as wear and tear...we'll see how this thing holds up. For the price point I a would hope my daughter gets some serious use out of it.
