Best for a bedroom or office
Got the 9,000 BTU model to cool my largest bedroom turned office. I leave the door open and it cools the hallway and small bathroom too. Very quiet and energy efficient. Will likely buy another for second bedroom. I had a pro install mine as I no nothing about electrical work.

Cheap Garbage
Got what I paid for with this. Heat pump trips the power every time it turns on. Should have bought a reputable brand. I know the price is tempting but there's a reason these things are so cheap. I've been dealing with this thing for over a week and still can't get it to run. There's a relatively high possibility that this company is a scam. There are SO many other mini splits on the market, for the love of god don't buy this junk.

Puts out cold air
Air conditioner arrived on time. Easy to install. Instructions were printed well, and any novice should be able to follow them. I believe more information should be provided to the potential customers that a vacuum pump is needed. One disappointment was that the rubber pads needed to reduce vibration were not included like other brands I have purchased. Overall the unit works well. Also the wiring instructions were not that clear, and I had to watch their you tube video several times.

Lasted less than 2 years before needing to be replaced. The price plus instillation just isn't worth it. Stay away.

Instructions need some LOVE
The instructions do NOT make the wiring clear. Had to go to YouTube to figure it out. There’s numbers on the terminals and only colors on the wires…. But got it going after pumping out the air ($130 for the vacuum pump). Works as described. Best price for 9000 I could find.

Do not buy - it only lasted one year and unit had to be replaced.
We had this professionally installed and after one year the unit stopped working. ApooDr did not respond to my messages or phone calls. Absolutely no response to anything. I had to call an AC tech to come out and spend $200 to tell me that the Freon was leaking out of the evaporator. Basically, the unit is junk. DO NOT BUY - BEWARE
