Dependable
Have always used this brand. It is dependable yeast and works each time I make my bread. Have not had any problems with bread rising. Nice price for the amount!

excellent yeast
very good yeast - i've bought this brand for MANY years, and have always had great success with it. a WHOLE LOT of yeast gets used around here - ALWAYS baking going on here - i keep big BAGS of yeasts, and of course keep the smaller jars and packets for tiny jobs. red star has a NEW yeast i haven't tried just yet, but i definitely intend to very soon.

Red Star non gmo yeast for the win!
Took a little while to get to me, but it was well worth it. Really a fan of red star because they use non gmo ingredients. I always have a successful product when I use them. I included a picture of my bread machine loaf where I used this yeast. Excellent product!

Light and fluffy bread
