Anker Power Bank, 622 Magnetic Battery (MagGo), 5000mAh Foldable Magnetic Wireless Portable Charger and USB-C for iPhone 14/13 Series

I love this charger, everything about it is just perfect. It magnetically attaches to my phone and doesn’t fall off and if you want it can also fold, all while charging you’re phone to 100% without any cables at all. And if you do ever want to charge an ipad or something from it as well, its so easy to just connect a cable to it and use it to charge almost any device at high speed. I have brought so many of these and love them so much, its one of the best portable chargers I have ever brought. The only problem with it is that the capacity at some times can be small, meaning that it often needs to be recharged and sometimes cannot fully charge my phone to the extent that I want.

Overall a very good product, however I will be returning it! The product does everything that is says on the amazon page, very nice looking, the stand is very good, magnetic connectivity to the phone is very strong. The only downside (which is my fault for not reading on the website) is that it only provides an iPhone 13 Pro Max 0.5 times battery charge. So my Phone went from 20% to 84% and the charging pack died so I do not really see the point. I tend to carry a battery pack for days out where I may need multiple phone charges for me and my girlfriend, I wouldn't bother really bringing this anywhere due to the fact it only promises half a charge. If the battery charge potential is not an issue for you I highly recommend this product, however it is higher priced than its competitors.

I'm reasonably impressed with this battery pack. I have an iPhone 14 pro max so my review is based on this: Pros: Always have power and much easier to carry around then a battery pack with wires The stand is useful for an office environment You can FINALLY use USB to "charge" your iPhone, connect to the battery pack and charge that through USB Larger battery and cheaper (and, subjecitve I know but looks better IMHO) then the apple MagSafe powerbank Cons: Heats up massively during charging Can only charge a large battery iPhone to around 60%. Probably connected to the energy lost through heat Magsafe Magnet is significantly weaker than the Apple Magsafe powerbank. This freqently slides off the back of the phone, the Apple version stays soldily on, even in my pocket after a long walk. All in all though, it is a very useful we of ensuring you never run out of battery and the stand adds a slight functionality boost. I would recommend this

Pros: - Great battery life - Fantastic for travel - Easy to pack away - Durable - Easy to use and fits nicely on my phone. - I love the colour. Cons: - Not great for sharing the charge with others, it's really only for one phone.

Arrived quickly in the usual simple anker packaging. Box contains the product, usb c cable and instructions. Recommend to use a PD device to charge the battery. Battery appears to charge (using my MacBook PD charger and supported cable) at the same time as the phone. Can’t say 100% if this is pass thru charging but appears to be similar. Handy kickstand allows you to position your phone on a flat surface to charge in both landscape and portrait mode. Overall a good product, only downside is the 7.5w charging speed but this is an apple limitation on 3rd party accessories. One cool trick is to mount the battery in an existing car phone mount and then snap the phone to it using the MagSafe to MagGo connection 😁. Holds very well!

*I want to point out that Anker includes on the product page that the iPhone 14 Pro is compatible, so that is the angle of my review. If I had an older iPhone model my views would be different* As always Anker is such a good value solution to the overpriced Apple 1st party products. Amazes me how they do this and the products still seem like you are getting a premium product. What they've done perfectly is realise that sane people don't want to be ripped off but also are happy to still pay a decent amount as opposed to going for the complete crap alternatives. I will list the Good & Bad below and elaborate where needed. The Good: - Premium feel (Nice rubberised texture) - Strong magnet - USB-C charging is incredible to have for both charging the bank quicky or using the port for wired charging - Just about an acceptable size (You definitely know it's there while holding your phone or in your pocket but to be fair it's about the size of the Apple one. - Nice to have colour options for those who aren't boring like me and get black - Light indicators are handy and easy to understand after a couple of uses The Bad: - It doesn't come close to charging my phone fully even if I don't use it. I'm not technical enough to understand this but I'm confused to why a 5000 mAH battery doesn't fully charge my 3200 mAH phone? For example I've whacked it on a few times when my phone is at ~20% and at best it gets to 65-75% Don't get me wrong that's not bad but I think for the size of it, I feel 1 full charge is not unreasonable to expect. - The actual speed in which it charges the phone is pretty poor and that's while using the phone or just charging. Again this just feels like it further limits when to use this. To be fair the Apple MagSafe charger is the same if not worse charging speed but feel like it's worth noting that it's slow to charge and if this can be improved then it should. Plus at least with Apple's you can charge both your phone and the battery pack at the same time and also get a boost in charging speed. - I've touched on this a couple of times on the above points but feel like it needs it's own space to elaborate on. Using my phone while having this charger on further highlights it's limitations which may be just because I have the most powerful phone they state is compatible in terms of my phone's battery capacity and it's possible more power hungry hardware. To give an example I've used this when on long hikes and city breaks and if I let my phone's battery get to low while needing to still use it for navigation, texting and taking photos then putting this charger on doesn't fill me with the most confidence. The battery will get really warm and my phone would at worst stay in the same battery percentage range or just only charge ever so slightly. So yes you still get extended use of your phone by having this but for my needs this isn't enough. To wrap this up I'm giving it 3* with my specific use on a iPhone 14 Pro but I would strongly suspect this to be a lot better on older iPhones. I rarely take this out with me when I will be dependent on being able to charge my phone on the move even for a day or two. I still rely on a chunky 20000+ mAH battery pack. However I like to keep this in my work bag as a 'just in case' and find it useful to give a little bump to my battery while driving home or if I end up out and about longer than expected.

ive had this 9 months, and use it daily. does what I need and the ability to charge the bank and use it on the phone at the same time makes it so much easier for me to make sure its always on hand. the only problem I have with the power bank is the outer coat (a vegan leather) is peeling away from the material underneath on the stand part. this started a month into having the product. this does get hot, but thats to be expected and nothing major, its good in the winter. stand is convenient when needed, but eliminates the ability to charge while its on the stand mode. would buy again if needed, but hope this lasts a long while.

Magnet is strong. Compact size. Can be used as a stand perfectly while in use. Automatically charges when attached. But it charges rather slowly. I use it to charge my iPhone 12 when I travel full day and need little extra power.

Après avoir utilisé la même batterie externe pendant près de 7 ans il était temps que je change pour quelque chose de plus pratique et plus portable. Ayant un iPhone 12 j’ai tout de suite cherché les batteries MagSafe et celle-ci est parfaite. Le coloris va avec la couleur du téléphone, on peut recharger deux fois son téléphone avec sans aucun souci et la batterie fait support aussi pour poser le téléphone.

Su aspecto es agradable, con un muy buen agarre y su función la hace a la perfección, aunque no tan rápido como con un cargador convencional, lógicamente. Permite cargar completamente una vez y media el iPhone. Y es muy práctico a la hora de llevarlo encima. Contenta con la compra.

Ho acquistato l'Anker PowerCore Magnetic 5K e devo dire che è fantastico! La batteria portatile è piccola ma potente, con una capacità di 5000mAh, che mi permette di caricare il mio smartphone ovunque senza preoccuparmi di rimanere senza energia. 🚀 Il design magnetico è comodissimo: si attacca facilmente al telefono e non rischia di staccarsi. In più, il supporto incluso permette di usare il PowerCore anche come supporto per lo smartphone durante la visione di video o chiamate video. Un'ottima scelta per chi cerca potenza e praticità in un formato compatto! 👌🔋

Iniziamo col dire che la consegna è avvenuta rapidamente, nei tempi prestabiliti ed in condizioni perfette. Relativamente al caricatore, ANKER è una marca molto nota e, apparentemente, molto affidabile. Le sue caratteristiche sono direi standard (5000 mAh) in grado quindi di caricare qualsiasi telefono in tempi relativamente rapidi (non ho ancora avuto la possibilità di testarlo approfonditamente ma da alcune prove iniziali il mio iPhone 13 pro max viene caricato al massimo al 70/80% in un paio d'ore, più o meno in linea con le caratteristiche di altre power banks ed anche del caricatore Apple, che però costa circa il doppio). Ha una presa in/out Usb C che permette di caricare anche altri devices in maniera rapida ed è, inoltre mag safe (che credo sia una caratteristica solo Apple) quindi in grado di caricare gli iPhone dotati di questa tecnologia attaccandosi al retro grazie ad una calamita molto efficace - difficile che si stacchi da sola - quindi senza necessità di alcun cavo. Ciò permette di potere utilizzare il telefono anche in mobilità durante la ricarica: molto comodo. Credo sia forse la migliore alternativa al citato caricatore Apple non volendo spendere i ca 100€ del suo prezzo.E' dotato di un sistema a led per verificarne la carica. E' comunque un bell'oggetto di diversi colori, piacevole al tatto, molto leggero, pratico da trasportare. Molto utile la possibilità di utilizzarlo anche come stand per il telefono grazie ad un supporto incorporato nel suo retro. Direi un'oggetto "must have" per evitare di rimanere senza batteria del telefono e per avere in ogni caso una riserva di carica anche per altri device (iPad, auricolari etc.). Per quanto mi riguarda lo considero un buon acquisto e spero anche di buona durata.
