Cuando se conecta se enciende el control, no se puede apagar, se calienta demasiado el control y solo una ves la luz quedo seleccionada, ahora cada que se usa empieza a parpadear, es un producto de muy mala revisión de calidad, por el precio se esperaba una máscara de buena calidad, desafortunadamente no se puede devolver y no se cómo hacer calidad la garantía, no la recomiendo, mejor compren una más económica que cuesta una cuarta parte de está, así no perderán su dinero, lástima con Amazon pense que tenían productos y vendedores de calidad.

This is only a first time use review, and I will try to remember to update after using it for a month or two. Pro’s: the mask has a nice sleek look to it and it’s very bright. It fit my face well and didn’t put pressure in any particular part of my face when I held it up. The instructions were clear enough and it was easy to use. I also like the storage bag it fits everything well and it is very protective. I did the test on my arm without issue, and about 15 mins of the red/blue light on my face. Without eye protection the light is bright but I was still able to use my phone and watch tv. The instructions mentioned the eye protection but it seemed more of suggestion than a requirement. Con’s: the mask is heavy. Sitting up with it on without holding on to it means it’s sits heavy on my nose. Laying down is better. The face straps are terrible. They don’t snap into place and stay they just slide and you have to hold pressure to keep them in. It took me a bit to figure out how to get all four pieces in and have them stay to get it on my face. One or two popped out even when it was in place a couple times. Once you get them in place and the mask is on it’s still a bit too heavy to feel comfortable. All together, it seems like a very well made mask that could use some design changes. I am more interested in how well it works in the long run. Update: After using it pretty consistently for a month I really like this mask. My complexion is greatly improved and my color more consistent. I didn’t use the mask for a series of days and I developed a deep cystic blemish. Once I started using the mask again it greatly improved within two days. Once healed the mask also helped greatly with acne scarring. For acne I would say this is a potential game changer. I think I have seen a slight improvement in wrinkles and fine lines but I would assume I would need longer to truly know.

This mask is very big. Does not fit my face very well at all. It has absolutely no give and does not conform to your face. The straps are complete garbage, constantly coming off. The only way I can use the mask is laying down, even then it does not fit your face. I am highly doubtful the lights are effective when they are so far from your skin. The eye mask that comes with are also oversized and cover up the wrinkles I am trying to minimize. Both eye mask are bulky and do not allow the face mask to sit on your face as it should. The plastic eye cover cuts into your sensitive skin when you put on the face mask. If your looking for a nice LED mask, keep looking because this one is not it.

loved it for just over a year - then the cord connecting the mask to the controller started to split and short out. I'd love to replace the cord and keep using it - but don't know where to get replacement parts. Hate to add more to the recycling bin! Update - vendor offered to replace it even though the warranty period had expired. Looking forward to using it again - it's definitely more effective than other masks used.
