Looks rudimentary but this is a fantastic little machine. I make steamed apples every week and this has cut down my processing time. It peels, cores and slices all at once.

Works great! And I love the color! The suction cup makes this so much nicer to use than the ones with vises. Love it!

This is a very sturdy piece of equipment that works fine in most circumstances. I took a star off because if your apples aren't very symmetrical, you'll get missed spots from the peeler.Be sure to read the instruction booklet about aligning the peeling blade and the corer. For those reviewers who couldn't get the peeler to adhere to the counter, there's a solution as long as your counter is flat. Right out of the box, I couldn't get mine to stick either - which was weird since I have Formica counters (absolutely flat and no seams). The handle on the back didn't seem to do anything at all. So I did some exploring. It turns out when I took the rubber bottom off, it released some sort of air suction. I'm guessing it released a bit of air pressure built up from going into high altitude and then low - much like a water bottle sucks itself in when you drive up a mountain. Once I replaced the rubber seat, the handle on the back to create a bit of suction worked just fine. Remember to use a little moisture on the counter as well. So if you have a FLAT suctionable surface like Formica, granite, marble, Corian, etc. this peeler WILL stick to your counter. Also, the depth of your peel can be adjusted, as can the thickness of your slice - read those instructions!

Works as it should! My kids LOVE when I pull this apple peeler out! They fight to use it and would peel 100 apples if I let them:)

This works. Had a battery powered one that was slow and messy. This works great.

I need a peeler not a corer for potato’s. The wing nut to make this a peeler is completely stuck. It only works as a peeler and corer together. I’m a single a female that doesn’t have anyone. This is completely useless to me. Also the handle that they make you screw on is lose because it’s really poor quality so the handle jiggles and slides the entire time.

It was absolutely not satisfying. Box and appelschiller was not ok. I try to return it, but it costs more than the appelschiller itself. I’m very disappointed.

this gadget is giving my husband a lot of fun. It helps with our diet too. It peels the apple, cores it and slices it evenly making it easy, and tempting to eat. It works really well.

A classic. Peeled, cored and sliced about 10 apples in a few minutes. I should have gotten one of these when I was a teenager.
