I've been using these for years and they work really well. I just boil a cup of filtered water in the kettle, wait for it to cool to body temperature, add a pre-measured sachet of salt and use. Nice and simple with no mess. It really helps my always blocked sinuses. Just one word of caution: follow the cleaning instructions and don't try to make them last more than 3 months like I've done in the past because they can end up growing mould inside from constantly being damp, which you really don't want if you're washing your sinuses 😱

I have used it when hay-fever strikes or I have a cold on its way out. Doesn't really get to my sinuses but does flush the nostrils.

Great product and simple to use. Easy to follow instructions. Bought as I had a sinus infection. I used water that I had boiled for 5 minutes and cooled to be luke warm. Washed my hands and added the premixed satchet to the bottle. I felt very apprehensive, having never used anything like this before. Positioned myself over the sink and gently squeezed the bottle into one nostril. Surprisingly it was anywhere near how I thought it would be. I felt in full control. Didn’t have immediate relief but felt great relief after the second and third use. So now look forward to using as it’s working for me to clear the infection.
