I Came for Fiber, Left With a New Word
Amazon asked me: "How was the solubility?" Disclaimer: it should be noted that I had to look up the word before answering. Once that obstacle was overcome, the review became much easier. The powder mixed quickly, dissolved well, and did not leave me fighting mysterious clumps at the bottom of the glass. The fiber mixed. The dictionary was consulted.

A Game Changer for Life Without a Gallbladder
I’ve used this product twice, and wow! Since I don’t have a gallbladder, it can be hard for me to eat certain foods when I’m out. After just two uses, I’ve noticed I can enjoy foods without that sudden urgency to use the restroom. I love being able to go out without worrying, and I’ll definitely be bringing this with me when I travel.

Good probiotic
I add this to my coffee. No stomach upset and it is was effective. It worked good for the first month and then stopped working. I’m going back to Dr Gundry 24 strain probiotics and another brand that works but it more expensive.
