what is the difference between student and intermediate model?

In my opinion the is more clarity in the upper register notes.

Is this flute 17 closed holes??

No. it is a C-foot so it has 16 closed holes.

I ordered the intermediate model, and did not receive the cleaning rod which was listed in included details. Can it be sent separately?

Hello! Yes, we can send that to you. We've also responded to all of the messages you sent, but it looks like you aren't receiving our responses. Can you double-check your Spam folder?
