BPI Sports Best BCAA Peptide Linked Branched Chain Aminos, Fruit Punch, 60 Servings This is the first time I've purchased a product like this. I have FSH Muscular Dystrophy and read an NIH study of the benefits of Branch Chain Amino Acids, so I began exploring. After comparing a number of brands I decided on Best BCAA and am glad I did. 1. I ordered Fruit Punch flavor. While it is a little sweet, it tastes great. I drink it with crushed ice and it's phenomenal. 2. I'm on week one so I'm not sure of what benefit to expect although my muscles stamina seems to be better. I'll update as I continue the product.

Tried this for the first time at my gym. Flavor was great. Would normally pay $2 per serving at the gym with just water. Purchased this to begin to make at home. Value: 5 out of 5 Flavor: 4 out of 5 I add a orange and it’s a 5 out 5 Does it do what it’s intended to: Yes I have seen a difference when I do drink it after my work outs compared to not. I was a little skeptical about this product but it does work. Recommend this to someone: I have recommended this to a few people already. Including my sister who hates almost all products that are suppose to help you recover due to the taste.

I did like this BCAA. It was a great one for exercise and fitness.

I bought a 30ct at a local health food store because I had been curious about the claim that BCAAs can reduce muscle soreness. I can't claim 100% this product is the reason I recover a little easier now, but I did notice a difference - that I was sore longer - when I was on business travel for two weeks, still going to a CrossFit gym, and was unable to take this each day. I drink this after my workout, but I have to put the one scoop in my 32oz water bottle because the flavor is incredibly strong. It does make drinking water a little easier.

My sister was the one that made me aware of this item to use after I do my kickboxing class and I like the flavor it mixes well it's inexpensive. The only downfall is if there's a back order or a backlog of it when you order from Amazon. I have not found anywhere that you can purchase it in person so just make sure that you order extra so that you have it.

This was my first time trying Bpi Best BCAA supplements I have only been drinking them first thing in the morning, before my workout and after my workout. It has only been the 4th day and all I can say is that it works wonders. I am a Outdoor and Indoor soccer Midfield player and It keeps me so energized during my games and hardly get tired. The flavor is a little sweet but you can water it down to your liking. I will definitely keep buying this product!!

BCAA's make you feel less fatigued at the gym. BPI has a great blend that not only tastes great, but is very refreshing. I've tried a couple flavors and Fruit Punch is by far their best variety. I prefer BPI because they have excellent price/volume and is a high quality blend at this price point.

I'll post cons first off. Cons: Taste: Let me tell you, HORRIBLE. I have never drank something so sweet in my entire life, even juice I buy for my daughter doesn't taste this sweet. Doesn't taste like fruit punch tbh. When it comes to taste, I don't care about it, it can be tasteless but I'm not all for the sugary taste since I'm not a fan of sugar in anything. Aftertaste: It has a metallic taste after a quick sip, making it more and more less bearable to drink,very dreading tbh Texture: Very creamy-like, chalky-like, hard to drink since it feels like a very watered down banana smoothie, it's sad. Color: it looks like a very watered down 2% milk Smell: Smells like cheap kool-aid. Container: Came distorted, at first I thought it could be the heat or cold but clearly it looked like someone played fight with the container, very upsetting. Pros: Pricing: amazing price for a 60 serving Seal: was on tight no problem there Servings: Good amount with 8oz water but can add more water to lessen the taste of it being too sugary-like Benefits: muscle recovery is good, makes you less sore then any other bcaa, supplements fact is on point. To my conclusion, I honestly don't think this product is doing too good imo, I never had a bcaa that tastes horrible and smells like a kids drink and texture wise is disgusting, very hard for me to take a sip. Not happy at all. A refund would be great.
