excellent pan
I have been using this pan for a few months now. It cooks very well, cleans easily, and is the perfect size for larger one pot meals. I am happy with it.

Very impressed
I was looking for something to replace my old non-stick cookware and this seemed to fit the bill. I am very happy with my purchase. I have used it for a variety of things including scrambling eggs, sautéing vegetables, pan frying fish and and searing/cooking steak. Cooking is even, the non-stick works, and clean up is very simple and easy. The surface is rougher than my old non-stick pans, reminiscent of cast iron, but a lot easier to care for.I went back to buy the larger version but it seems to have been discontinued :(

Love it
After doing quite a bit of research (and trying a wide variety of pans) I finally landed on this one, and it exceeded expectations. Its durable, incredibly scratch resistant, and extremely fast to clean. Now looking to get the 10" as well.

Yep, absolutely fantastic pan — truly. Everything about it is very high quality — excellent weight, very comfortable handle, comfortable balance, cleans like a dream, plus it’s beautiful. No compromises at all — it’s a fantastic pan.

Absolutely Love This Pan! Is the whole households favorite!
We absolutely love this pan and are using it multiple times a week! The trick I have learned it not to use too high of a heat when using it. If you are doing something that requires a quick-cook, have it only on medium heat. If you are looking for a longer cook (steaks, etc), start on medium heat and lower to low pretty quickly. Putting the lid on it works great - keeps the moisture in without making the food wet (due to the domed lid). It has done a fabulous job on steaks, lamb chops, chicken, fish, fried eggs, bacon, and grilled cheese.We love it so much, I took it on a trip with me to an AirBnb as we weren't sure what would be available and we wanted to be able to have the same results on our vacation as we have at home.Super easy to clean! The fond on the bottom comes off very quickly with just a quick wetting and spray from my faucet. I do use Dawn Ultra Platinum Powerwash Spray on it when I cook stinky or fragrant stuff in it to always keep it smelling fresh.
