Purchased the Centrum Silver Women's Multivitamins because my doctor said I needed to add a very good multivitamin to my daily intake of medication. I have used these excellent brand, per my doctor, for about a month now. Have noticed I feel better, energy is better, and even the skin on my face has smoothed out some. The wrinkles are not so bad. No side effects from the vitamins nor after taste. The vitamins are a little large, but am able to swallow with no challenges. If you have trouble with the larger pill size, you can cut in half or purchase the mini size of these.

Usually buy these from the supermarket on special. Happy to find them on Amazon at an even better price, and the 200-tablet bottle worked out even better.

My nails have grown much stronger since I started taking these. Tablet size is fine and they are coated so are easy to take.
