I have battled plantar fasciitis for the last several years. I've tried expensive orthotics, air casts, icing, heel inserts, sleeping contraptions...NOTHING has worked. This insole is WONDERFUL. It has firm support for the arch, great cushion for the heel, and it feels very breathable (my feet sweat less). They cut to size, slip into your shoe easily, and feel SO GOOD!!. I have them on subscribe and save now so I get new ones every 2 months, they keep my shoes feeling brand new!

I was unhappy with these insoles until I finally trimmed them properly. Once I did that, they fit into my shoes perfectly and are amazingly comfortable. I can stay on my feet all day without having any pain - This is a major miracle since foot pain is something so constant that I've come to take it for granted​. These insoles have just the right ratio of cushioning and support. They're not so soft that they flatten out over time like some insoles, but they're not overly rigid, either. The arch support is absolutely perfect. I highly recommend these insoles to anyone suffering from foot pain or discomfort.

My feet hurt to walk or stand for long periods of time. These insoles feel comfortable and don't feel cheaply made. They are very padded but don't over due it on the pading. The heel feels good and the arch support is great. They do not make my foot slide around in my show and feel sturdy when moving around. The middle has a hump that feels good and presses the bottom of the foot up.

Meh, not the miracle people seem to say it is. I was wary when I received the item and saw numerous typos on the box - "Made in China" and the text was obviously not proofread. I work on a large college campus and literally run items between buildings as a courier so I am on my feet all day on concrete, stairs and uncarpeted floors. Item does not give any arch support, nor does it cushion the heels as much as I wanted. The photo another user posted of thickness is accurate. Gray part of insole resembles cheap drugstore insoles you can easily get, but the plus is the more durable yellow covering on the bottom of the insole that makes removing them and putting them in another pair of shoes easy. These are so thin I was able to put them in my shoes without taking out the original insoles and my shoes were not much tighter, they were more snug, but not tight. Cutting the insoles down to my size was easy with regular sharp scissors and the insoles did not slide around or bunch up after a 10 hour day.Best way to describe is to ask, "Do you remember what it feels like to put on new comfy shoes?" that's what they make yous shoes feel like, but then it wears off after a while. For the price I expected more durability as in more lasting cushioning - I've gotten the same level of comfort from cheapie insoles from the dollar store - the yellow layer isn't worth the extra money. Next time I'll try gels.

The cushion is very comfortable, and you can cut it out according to your size after you buy it, making it more suitable. My foot should be wear size 5.5, but sometimes I can't Find size 5.5, can only Find size 6... So the shoes will be big, and special needs a insole. All the time I bought the insoles were made of that silicone. This is my first time to buy this insole. It's great. It makes me feel very comfortable. When I wearing a pair of sneakers, whether it's standing or running for long periods of time, I feel very comfortable with my feet.Here are some pictures, can show it fit my shoe nicely!

I can't understand the positive reviews. These inserts are configured terribly. There is a support down the middle that ends up under the ball of the foot causing almost immediate discomfort. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Have been using this insole in my daily work boots for almost 2 years and just bought a new pair of boots for hiking and this was a must to go with it! Great cushion and support, best insole I’ve found by far.
