Creatine capsules
Since taking this creatine I’ve noticed a reduction in DOMS and muscle fatigue after exercising and better recovery post work-outs. These capsules are quite large so bear that in mind if you struggle to swallow big pills, and you need to take 4 to get the full 3000mg dose. Ideal if you struggle with the bitter taste and gritty texture of taking creatine powder.
