This is a great product for the price. These tubes tend to link over time and need to be replaced. Considering the low cost of the hearing amplifier compared to an expensive hearing aid, the purchase of replacement tubes is a good deal.

Simple amplification and easy to use. Works pretty well. Some difficulty getting ear buds to fit in ear properly. Company was very responsive for a solution. I have to take them off in noisy places because everything is amplified.

I am updating my review of yesterday. I was mistaken that both left and right tubes are included in the order I made. You must order one or the other. I made the mistake twice thinking both left and right are in the package. They wrote back to me very fast and offered to take care of the replacements. Thank you for great service and good product.

They don't fit my hearing aid.

These fit my hearing aid but are rather ridiculous in that they are packaged either for the left or right aid. What sense does that make except for more profit for the seller/manufacturer. They really need to package these for both the left AND right aids since both sides are equally likely to be lost or broken.RSK
