Small & simple but effective. I have this exact sharpener & like it so much, I got one for my daughter. I use it almost daily.

My work involves needing to cut a lot of produce, which becomes difficult with a dull knife. It fits perfectly in my work bag, making it super convenient when needed. This little sharpener works so well that a couple of coworkers asked where I got it!

Don't expect to put an edge on a knife with this item, but it will help dress the edge with daily use. Easy to hang onto, bright color for easy identification.

Excellent. This sharpener should be in every tool box and somewhere close in the Kitchen.

Small easy and inexpensive but does the job

It works but I prefer an old one we have with a handle. This one is compact but, your hand is always too close to the blade. I may eventually make a holder for it to make it safer.

As I've said in other reviews, I buy $1000s from Amazon every year and only leave reviews when I'm beyond impressed! Having purchased many different knife sharpeners, this is hands down the best; even beats the Edge of Glory which I purchased for our kitchen knives. In general I like all my knives razor sharp. Our kitchen knives are all Calphalon and most of my other knives are all Benchmade with cm154 blades. With only 5 strokes from the course side and 3 from the fine side, all of my fairly dull to "new" knives are razor sharp and shave hairs on my arms easily! We had a couple of older knives even after sharpened a number of times with other sharpeners, I could feel nicks and it took a good 3-4 rounds of 5 course and 3 fine drags, but I was able to get them all shaving hair! It also has a rubber edge that keeps the sharpener steady and stationary on a surface. It is also no comparison to the Lansky PS-MED01 BladeMedic, which I've purchased 2 of, and now want to sell them both on eBay! These are hands down the best I've found and I've even purchased a few as gifts. In addition, I purchased the Accusharp 014C for my machete and it too works just as well!

We already have the other AccuSharp Pro Knife Sharpener [one with the rubber handle on it]. Love that one. Keeps our knives, even serrated ones sharp. We decided to get a second one and put the first one in the gardening shed. Have tried other sharpeners but this one outweighs them all. Easy, smooth to operate, does a GREAT job and sharpens multiple types of knife blades, sizes, grass sheers, etc. It works fantabulously! Would recommend it to anyone.

Ho comprato questo affilatore perchè ho letto alcune recensioni positive, e devo dire che affila veramente bene, io ho molti coltelli di acciai diversi e mi sono sempre trovato bene.. Se usato bene con la giusta inclinazione affila la lama meglio di un rasoio, io lo consiglio a tuttti quelli che fanno camping/outdoor perchè è piccolo e non occupa spazio.. a un lato diamantato e uno in ceramica per rifinire e lucidare, praticamente perfetto.. è anche meglio di certi affilatori che costano 50 euro o piu.. se avete dubbi compratelo e vedrete che non vi pentirete

Enfin du diamant pour les aciers durs ! J'ai déjà des affuteurs comme celui-ci, mais tout céramique. C'est suffisant pour un opinel, mais pas pour un acier type s30v. Avec le côté diamant, j'arrive maintenant à un résultat correct. J'en ai acheté 3 avant que ça disparaisse.
