Don't buy a Snapmaker, please!
Used to be a true fan of snapmaker, bought 2 machines 4 years ago with high expectations and got incredible results (then). but after time realize they just stop innovating and caring as before with things like 3 in 1 machines and compared to cheaper ones nowadays, these are not as durable as they claim or powerful enough. 4 years later faced a sad reality of how things are handled now by them when bought a new machine and lasted... 4 days WHITHOUT EVEN USING IT. customer service advice to literally fix yourself things before giving you any sort of real solution like, spare parts or actual replacement ( total waste of time). ended up returning it and all the accesories bought to use this "great machine" that now i know is just an over priced, under power device with problems that should not have for its "premium" branding.should work for your kids though as a introductory toy for 3d print, laser and cnc. for anything else, buy a proper 3d printer (bambu, prusa, even quidi), cnc (x carve, foxalien, etc) laser (xtool, we, glowforge). some cheaper, more powerful, definitely more realiable.

Great printer, but expect to replace parts often
This printer does a great job and has a large bed to print large items. It was easy to assemble. easy to change parts, and is sturdy. The only thing I have with the printer is how quickly the "Filament Run Out" sensor and the Extruder break or fail. Snapmaker's resolution is to send you the individual part, you disassemble the 3d Printing Module to replace the failed part. This is not for the faint of heart or not mechanically inclined. The Printing module is tightly packed and is not easy to replace individual components in the Printing module.I’ve had to replace the Filament sensor twice and both times the support wants to just replace that component instead of the whole moduleThis would be a great print and get a higher rating if the tech support was better

Works as advertised
Hope everyone is not having as much trouble as I am.the machine stopped accepting files via wify then sopped accepting from the memory stick.then the LED'S stopped lighting in the enclosure.Ordered a new control module. Ha not arrived yet.

Warning... I have now received two open boxed returns as new!
The replacement machine came with duct tape on the box and an amazon warehouse inspected sticker on the side. What it means to get an amazon warehouse sticker is that it was returned to amazon. Both had labels to other recipients that one is poorly marked out to a xixi in maryland and the other is remnants of a pulled off label. Both have others address information. Amazon is sending a third machine so I would hope they check first.Of four machines, one did not work at all and is being returned and I am working with support, that does in fact respond, on an auto-leveling issue, as in, it doesn't work at all.The quality of the 3d prints is very good but as I would imagine with any machine, garbage material in and that is what will come out. With good filament, I have had little problem. The unit I am returning moved the x axis to the left and wouldn't stop, I quickly turned it off and that was the end, no position information on the X axis and the machine didn't know what it was in the about screen. The box arrived beaten up and items were already open and torn, it had been in developer mode on the screen and had a name already in the android screen, indicating that it was either pieced together though everything appeared new. If I had seen the outer box prior to delivery, I would have refused it.The laser... mediocre. The 10w laser... mediocre and I feel both have software issues.I would still recommend this machine if you do not have the space but something snapmaker really needs to work on is making transisitoning to different tasks i.e., cnc, to laser to 3d printing, easier... It's a real pain in the can.

I love my snapmakers, original and newer versions, but I wouldn't recommend either.
I was a kickstarter backer for the original and A350, and last year, indulged on the F350. The deciding factor is my healthy supply of replacement Extruder Hot End Kits that I bought on sale on occasion. They are hard to find at the snapmaker/amazon price. 3rd party vendors sell the Extruder Hot End Kits for at least twice the original cost, and that is the main reason I'd advise to not get this machine, or any of their newer machines, as while snapmaker was a great company, they only released a couple of addons for the original machine, when it was shown by snapmaker the possible expansions. It does have decent user support groups and forums, that's where you'll get the best support. The company, not as much, but decent turnaround when not on holiday.

Always concerning
The product looks and reads nice. But showing a print impossible without massive support is concerning.

So much to learn
I wish there were more info than just a quick start guide. Unless you are used to 3d printing, quick start is not going to happen.Putting machine together was a big job in itself. It all line up perfectly. But before you print do your learning.
