Was defective.

Delicious and creative flavors, particularly loved the banana lavender and the apple chamomile! Nice and subtle tastes that are easy on the pallet and great as an evening snack. As someone who has had trouble with sleeping, particularly getting myself to fall asleep, these have been really nice and helpful to wind down. I've eaten one each night before getting ready for bed and I've found it very easy to relax and calmly slip into a nice sleep.I think part of it is the intention, getting yourself to calmly prepare for a meditative sleep, but the bars also feel healthy, which makes me feel really good.Bonus: the "care package" that arrived was really cool, I always love it when a company puts in the time with thoughtful and creative packaging.

I received these in the mail this week. The outer packaging is great as well as the individually wrapped bars. The included insert and sticker are cute. The actual bars had very little taste. I tried the Apple Chamomile, and I could barely get down 3 bites. It was dry and not flavorful. I’m not excited about trying the other bars, as this one was the best flavor of the 3. I do love the fact that it is gluten free, and is made with natural, non-gmo ingredients. I will stuff the other 2 bars in someone’s stocking for Xmas.I received these in the mail this week. I tried each bar and unquestionably they were absolutely disgusting on every level. The bars themselves have a bad smell, no flavor, but a shocking amount of soap residual aftertaste. I felt like I was biting into a bar of soap with chemicals and perfume mixed in, throwing away each bar immediately after the first bite.I could not recommend this to anyone, ever.

I thought I was going to puke trying to get this thing down. I do not recommend. This literally has 3 bars in it. Not worth it even if you can stomach it.
