What does this taste like with water or with oat milk?

If strawberry seeds dont bother u, u will love it mixed with water. It has a nice berry flavor but I hate strawberry seeds so I mix it with yogurt w/fresh blueberries or homemade apple sauce. Would recommend this product.

how long does it take for the caffeine to kick in ?

This is more of a slow burn. You probably won’t get that nearly instant kick that you would get from slamming a Red Bull. But I don’t get those obnoxious caffeine jitters either
