This fountain is so relaxing and so beautiful . The picture doesn't do it justice. However, I am SO disgusted as I bought this in August, and by December, it's broken. I have always only used distilled water as instructed. My husband has had to clean it out weekly as the paint in side flakes off and clogs the pump and the pump has to be disassembled and cleaned. So glad my husband knows how to do that because I sure don't! I can't believe this didn't even last me 4 months!!!!! And the seller has no place for me to contact them or to return for a replacement. I love it so much, that it brought me so much joy & relaxation. Now, it just sits there. So that's my experience...don't know of any others, but just wanted you to watch for paint that flakes off inside that clogs the pump.

...I really like the fountain. We have table top fountains in various rooms in our home, and we really enjoy the sound of a babbling brook-type thing. Most of our fountains make little to no "water" noise; you might hear the pump vibrate if the little suction cups of the motor come off the bottom of the container. So this fountain is just really pretty...love the blue'ish LED lights (normally, we are "warm white" light people, but these really work for this "washboard, waterfall" fountain. The lights are a bit bright, but if you push one, or two, down further into the hole, they appear less bright. You can even put the river rocks over them to dim the light. You can also opt to take the three lights off (they plug in to a a connector (which you also plug the pump into). The fountain/base is a resin and/or plastic material, very lightweight.We've only had it a few days and we really can't hear the water (or the pump, which is good!). I'm finagling ways to put some of the river rocks over the water source on the top to see if I can get it to make more of a babbling brook sound. The pump does have a little button that is supposed to adjust the water flow through the fountain. Seems like there are two adjustments (plus an off adjustment). But in order to change any of these, you have to take the river rock off the base/fountain, then lift it up, the pump comes up out of the water in the container and you have to play with the adjustment and plug in the fountain again to see which flow you've set it on. I mean, it's not *that* big of a deal...everything gets wet, just do it on the counter with a towel. I really have yet to figure out if any of those settings actually contribute to how much sound the fountain makes with respect to the water. Play with it and see.They also could have included a few more river rocks, but I have plenty, so I added more and these are something you can pick up at a craft store too. There's no on off switch. The length of the cord is decent. I also see no splashing of water outside the fountain, which is good ~ nothing gets wet outside the base. You should be aware of a whirring sound of the motor (or actually, any sound that is louder and different) because that indicates you need to add more water to the fountain. The pump quiets down right away after the water is added. Simply pour water on top of the river rock until the pump quiets down, maybe add a bit extra (you can add it up to the base where the river rocks are) and enjoy!

For the price you really can’t complain. But for a review I can. It was real easy to set up and is always easy to clean (every 2 weeks). It doesn’t make much noise and you can’t hear it unless you’re in a quiet room. It comes with just enough rocks to fill the front bottom half. The only bad thing I could think of is that the lights are white not blue and they aren’t as bright. You have to set the pump perfectly to the bottom otherwise it’ll make a slightly annoying buzz. Other than that I love it. Would recommend to anyone looking for a small cheap fountain.

I love fountains in my office. The sound of water is soothing and because it is so quiet, I can enjoy the sounds of water versus the sound of the motor running. I set it on a round glass plate with river stones around it and placed it on the top of my file cabinet.

At first I only got the lights to work but then realized that I had it hooked up wrong! So if the water pump isn't working but the lights are, switch it around and it should work!It isn't very loud, but gives off a water trickle sound which is perfect for the lagoon themed room that I am putting together. Very satisfied.

This fountain does not make any water sound and the hose to the pump is so short the water has to almost be over flowing to completely submerge the pump! The rocks fall in to the water tank and all you can hear is the pump running! Would not recommend!

Came broken. Cheap plastic. Annoying packaging. Would not recommend.

I bought this one thinking it would be bigger (looked bigger in the pictures), but that’s ok, that’s my fault for not checking dimensions. However, it also looks cheap and it has a really annoying LED light on top that’s very bright and because the water flows over it, the light keeps flickering. It gave me such a headache and hurt my eyes I had to shut it off. It also doesn’t provide the soothing sound most fountains make and which was the main reason I bought it. I already threw the box out or would send back.

This product is exceptionally over-advertised. It is much smaller than what would be expected. I had ignored some poor reviews I had seen about this product and went ahead and purchased it. Huge mistake. When the fountain finally arrived, it was broken - as in the shell of the dish was cracked. I assembled the pieces and superglued it together and it was water tight, but was obviously cracked. And that was just the beginning. I was anticipating a nice water trickle sound from the fountain, but it is virtually silent. The only sound it makes is the squeaky sounds of the cheap motor on the pump. The fountain comes with one very tiny bag of stones to cover the layers of the fountain - unless you want to space them out one rock per 2”, plan to buy some more stones to fill the layers well. There are a couple lights on the top of the fountain. The lights are very bright, and with the water running over top of them, they give off a disco effect rather than a nice night light. All in all, I was very disappointed with the fountain. Especially considering it cost as much as it did. Not worth buying again! I don’t recommend this product at all.

Horrible product.DO NOT BUY.As you can see, we received the rocks for the waterfall sealed with a cigarette residue. The waterfall doesn't operate properly and we are shocked by the lack of hygiene and check up on that.DO NOT BUY

Beautiful product. I was so pleased with the attention to detail and the design. The pump is perfect. Only comment I have is that the led's are a little bright. Easily solved by placing stones on them. So elegant on the flow. Pump can be set as well. Great product.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I would have not minded the product although looks a lot cheaper then shown in pictures but the product does not work and the pump seems to not be working or the wiring. The pump makes a super loud annoying sound and no water flow .
