The best air-fryer, roaster, baker? It’s great.
Delighted with this. The main oven rarely gets use since this was delivered. That it can be used for air frying, roasting, baking etc. it’s intuitive to use, energy efficient (as it’s compact) to use compared to a standard electric oven, quick to cook with and really easy to clean. Very happy with this. A whole roast dinner can be produced for two in around 20 mins. Perfect.

A Steak Lover's Dream!
The Ninja Foodi MAX PRO Health Grill has once again exceeded my expectations, solidifying its status as an indispensable kitchen companion. As a proud owner of three Ninja machines, this latest addition has become the undisputed champion for cooking perfect steaks and much more. The flat plate design of the Health Grill has transformed my steak-cooking game. The even heat distribution ensures a flawless sear, creating mouth watering steaks with a perfect crust and juicy interior. Whether it's a thick sirloin or a delicate filet, the Ninja consistently delivers restaurant-quality results from the comfort of my own kitchen. The air fryer feature is a game-changer for creating healthier versions of our favourite dishes. The ability to achieve crispy textures without excessive oil is a testament to the Health Grill's versatility. From homemade fries to golden chicken wings, the air fryer functionality has expanded our culinary horizons. As a seasoned Ninja machine owner, I appreciate the build quality and durability that have become synonymous with the brand. The flat plate's non-stick surface not only facilitates easy cleaning but also ensures that the grill is ready for the next culinary adventure with minimal effort. Having owned multiple Ninja machines, I can attest to the brand's commitment to innovation. The Health Grill's intuitive controls and temperature settings make it a breeze to use, providing the flexibility needed to tackle various recipes and cooking styles. The speed at which it heats up is particularly impressive, making it an ideal choice for busy households. In summary, the Ninja has seamlessly integrated into my kitchen routine, elevating my cooking endeavours to new heights. As a dedicated Ninja enthusiast, I can confidently say that this latest addition lives up to the brand's reputation for excellence. If you're a steak lover or someone who appreciates culinary versatility, the Ninja Health Grill is a worthy investment.

All round air fryer and grill.
I bought this because I have the outdoor Woodfire version and I liked that so much, I wanted one to use indoors. It has replaced a standard air fryer (Breville Halo) and a George Foreman infra red steak grill. The flat plate is useful for cooking a plancha e.g. for fish that gets caught up in the grill plate ribs.

Fantastic piece of gear but not all areas of it are able to clean easily
I have an induction oven and hob, a great set of pans, and some knowledge of cooking! The Ninja Foodi MAX PRO Health Grill (sorry just wanted to make it exact in case this review gets lumped in with other items on Amazon) has done 3 things really well. I'll list them in comparison to my normal cooking routine - a) grilling/frying burgers, lamb chops, steaks - any meat you would fry/grill to get the caramelised burnt taste - it just does them better - b) roast chicken - I really wanted a rotisserie - and this doesn't have it - but spatchcock the chicken and it's great c) air frying frozen chips - absolutely the best!!! I only need to look at my oven, and it automatically gets dirty - this device is easier to clean overall - though it still has some tricky bits I've not been able to get to. I haven't done an electricity usage comparison, but it is faster and gives better results - and I am assuming, though don't have any scientific advice to back it up - that it could be more energy efficient because it is simply heating a much smaller space than my oven/grill. We are a 2 person household - so feels fine for us. Not tried cooking a fried egg on a flat plate yet tho!

Almost perfect
I totally love this grill. It grills, air frys, bakes, roasts, dehydrates and has a hotplate. Large cooking space. The probe means my steak is cooked perfectly medium rare every time with those restaurant style griddle lines on them! Love! I can cook small joints even and spatchcock a whole chicken. There's a few little niggles I'm on my third probe. They start to malfunction after a few months use. They won't register as being plugged in and despite wiggling the plug around eventually they won't register at all (please please fix this Ninja) The probe does not like fridge cold meat and in general is just temperamental. The grill lid is incredibly hard to clean. It opens at a tricky angle and there are so many nooks and crannies that it is impossible to get it looking good. I have found turning it upside down but open on the lid and spraying it with oven cleaner the best way. I clean it everytime I use it to keep it reasonable. The grill can be tricky to clean with something like chicken stuck to it. We soak it first. It can be washed in the dishwasher but I feel this might shorten its lifespan. I don't use the air fryer basket very often as any oil added drips through the basket holes and on to the griddle below so you end up having to wash up both. So I use a silicone liner to stop that happening. In conclusion I love my griddle but with a few tweaks it could be perfect.

Fantastic for grilling and airfrying
Great Product, works very well, i love it. Materials seem durable and of good qualiy. Grill works much better than an airfryer in my opinion, and the airfryer function works perfectly as well. I replaced my airfryer with this and im more than happy 👌🏻

Amazing just buy it.
I was very confused which ninja to buy. I wanted something to take the place of my energy guzzling oven. I believe this is the right one me. Plenty of functions, I’ve used them all successfully and I’ve even baked a cake and made Yorkshire puddings! Small oven trays will fit in ok I used my yorkie pud 4 tray with no probs but that’s the limit gir dize. Small sandwich cake tins fit one at a time. It’s large but works well under my cupboard, it does not generate a lot of steam or cooking smells. Great to air fry chips, no more horrid oven chips for us and healthier too. Very efficient, heating a smaller space and cooks quickly. It can cook a large chicken but you may have to spatchcock it, really easy to do with a good pair of scissors. Open top cooking, you can fry with lid up to do eggs do stirfry ect. I personally think it is an amazing bit of kit. I cleaned my big oven out 3 weeks ago and I haven’t used it since. I did a full Sunday lunch with my ninja and microwave, just need to plan it a bit more logistically for timings but it was fine. No pans to wash just a couple of plastic bowls for microwave. The only downside is cleaning the lid as others have commented it’s a bit fiddly around the fan and element. However the cooking benefits outweigh this little issue. It’s great.

About as exciting as a domestic appliance can get...
Once upon a time I was a professional musician, playing to eager crowds of intoxicated fans and living a life of excess and debauchery in the centre of London.. Now...I'm reviewing a fancy air-fryer. That said, this thing is absolutely fantastic. Anything you put in it comes out better than what you'd previously considered perfect. It's fast, efficient and makes everything taste better than it has a right to. It's simple to use and just gets the job done with great results. I thought these were just another overhyped load of nonsense, but I'm utterly convinced. Buy one, eat well and be happy. Edit. It's a complete and utter pain in the arse to clean. The non stick grill surface lost its ability to be non stick after about six weeks and is now coated with a resinous varnish, despite being cleaned after every use. The top section, containing the fan and such like is full of inaccessible nooks and crannies which are virtually impossible to clean properly. The fan gets coated in cooking residue and, despite best efforts to clean it, the kitchen stinks every time we use it. Must've been love, but it's over now. It's getting cleaned and given away to Oxfam.
