Our led lights are battery powered, and have a patented technology...this allows a color in the top, and the bottom of the light. They start off the same, with a soft white, then change through the rainbow as solids. They then cycle into separate colors on the top and bottom. Works with 3 AAA batteries (not included). 3 settings, off, soft white, and rainbow.
