Will this screen fit if the monitor is turned to portrait? Will I still be able to see my work?

It seems too long on my 24" monitor to see the bottom and top of the screen at the same time in Portrait mode, however, I only briefly tried it that way in the hopes of helping to answer this question for you.When I moved it to portrait, the bottom of the screen area is blacked out.I only use it landscape. It is large and fits the screen perfectlyAlso, in Portrait mode, there is not a way to use the clips that come with it (mine is about a 8 months old), as there is a built in lip or edge to affix the clips to.
