This is a cute, sturdy useful additional space maker for a small kitchen area. It is simple and quick to assemble. For people who don't like to or refuse to read directions you will love this because there are no written instructions. Just pictures. They aren't needed. It's that easy. Now for the issues. The item was packaged well although Fed Ex did manage to damage the box. However, I didn't think the damage on the outside should have caused the damage I found on the inside. There were 3-4 small gashes on one of the leg supports and the bottom shelf had two big cracks in it that looked like the impression the ends of a fork lift would make if it punctured it. I found this very peculiar because this part of the cart was in the center of the package and wrapped in a styrofoam sheet. I was left to assume it was shipped this way which really annoyed me. I contacted the seller. They were great about everything. I did not want another cart. I didn't want another big box to unpack or another cart to assemble. The gashes on the leg support is hardly noticeable. I did have to go to the hardware store and get a piece of plywood cut to make a new bottom shelf. I covered it with contact paper which actually compliments the rest of the cart nicely. The seller was also willing to give a full refund but I didn't feel good about that so we negotiated a discount and they refunded me that amount. Despite the glitches, overall very satisfied with the cart and the customer service.

The cart arrived quickly with no paper instructions as I suspected from other reviews on here. I used the link in the description to get to the instructions online. They are all photos, nothing is written, but you can expand the photos on a cell phone to get a better look at each page. It took about 3-4 hours for us to build this. I would not recommend doing this alone. It turned out just as expected and is a nice addition to our kitchen. Very sturdy and moves around nicely with locking wheels. If you do not like building furniture or have physical restrictions, I would not recommend this cart. Note that the color is not bright white. I took a close up photo to show it is more of a distressed "off white" color. I personally love the finish, but if you want bright white, this is not the cart fir you.

I give the product 4 stars, but the customer service gets 5 stars from me.My kitchen island arrived damaged and it was clear the box had been very banged up during delivery. I requested a return, and instead the company reached out to me very promptly, asked for photos of the damage, and then sent me a replacement island through a different delivery service. I was very grateful to not have to deal with the hassle of a return and also impressed that they utilized a different shipping company to try to avoid another haphazard delivery. They were very responsive and even confirmed shipment of the replacement. Great job!As for the product: it looks great and seems sturdy! I love the pine top and glass doors.Assembly takes a while and the instruction manual was not in the box, but the company sent it to me via a pdf in an email. Just be sure to reach out if you need instructions and they’re not in the box.I’ll actually be using this kitchen island as my desk because I love that I can stand or sit at it and it offers lots of storage for my teaching supplies. Plus, in the future I can use it for an island or cabinet if needed. Love that it’s multipurpose!Overall, happy with my purchase and customer service!

The screws in the doors are too short and fell out after 10 months of using it. I’m the only adult in the house, there are no children. The drawer sliders fell apart shortly after that. Not very happy that I have had to find ways to put it back together.

This cabinet is junk the instructions on how to put it together a two-year-old must have made because they don't work it is flimsy there's nothing sturdy about this cabinet the Glides for the drawer are junk both fell apart within a day of using the drawer although it's very pretty when it's put together definitely definitely paid way too much for this cabinet I could have went to Big Lots and bought a better one for cheaper

It was relatively easy to put together, just time consuming. The doors are a little crooked but I think I can adjust them. It is a bit clunky to roll, not super smooth, but for the price I am very happy. I share a work space with two other people. It is sturdy so I don't feel like my cupping machine is going to get knocked off it.

The lower price was too good to be true. Item arrived damaged and in poor condition. When I contacted the shop, they blamed the shipping company (who I happen to work for.) They did offer me a small refund for my troubles. Overall, the cart is not sturdy enough to use for storage like I planned. Don’t waste your time or money on this product.

The LAZZO Kitchen Island on Wheels is well designed, fits into our kitchen perfectly and provides useful storage and counter space to the kitchen. Assembly instruction are easy to follow. The packaged items are well made and should provide many years of trouble-free use. We like it a lot.
