The back rest looks like it is slanted quite far back, can you sit up straight with support or do you have to lean back ? Look more like recliners ?

you have to lean back but not super far, they are comfy seats but wish the backs were a little higher/taller

How does the airlift hold up over time? I sat on a similar stool with an airlift at a store today and slowly sank to the lowest height setting.

Literally one year to the day, the same thing started happening! I have 2 stools, he is 195 lb and his stool is fine. I am 200 lb and my stool slowly sinks to the bottom by the end of breakfast!
