I have been taking these for the pass year and I can't express in words how wonderful this product is. Especially if you're having problems with your colesterol. You don't have to be on a strict diet for these flaxseed to lower your colesterol levels. I eat my favorite meals without worrying that my colesterol levels goes up. My doctor is so happy to see my colesterol levels normal. Also it helps me in other areas . I take one capsule before I have my breakfast and it works all day long with everything I eat. Pills are usually hard for me to swallow these are large but not hard for me to swallow at all being that they are gel capsules. I take these for my heart recommended by my cardiologist. If you find pills hard to swallow I think you will find the same results that I have.

Me he realizado estudios de laboratorio y mejoró mi salud, las tomé por 3 meses y suspendí, luego otros 3 meses y así sucesivamente hasta terminarlas, en mi caso me resultaron efectivas, el inconveniente al principio fue el tamaño de la cápsula pero luego me acostumbre.
