I bought this sleep mask hoping it would help, and honestly it’s been one of the best inexpensive purchases I’ve made in a long time. The first thing I noticed was how well it blocks light. Not just “mostly dark”—I mean completely dark. I can wear it in the middle of the day with the curtains open and it feels like nighttime. It’s especially helpful on weekends when I want to sleep in or when I have to catch up on sleep after a late night. The material is really soft and comfortable too. I work nights so sleep during the day. This blocks all the light and is comfortable. I am a very mobile sleeper but it stays on. It’s kind of neat you can open your eyes since there is space. Last night when I was home and had to sleep at night I still used it to block out my husband on his cell phone watching a movie. Worked like a charm.

I love this sleep mask for many reasons, but the main differentiator for me is the low profile of the mask. I can sleep on my side or stomach and the cushioning around the eyes doesn't bother me like with other masks. I used to put my sleep mask on in the morning if the light woke me up, but this is comfortable enough to wear every day. The extra coverage around the nose that blocks out all light is also nice. Good but I like the target one more. My husband says this one is better and blocks out light better. It definitely works but it has some loose fabric on it that I don’t live. It’s comfortable and has a very smooth, cool fabric which is maybe why I don’t like it as much as my previous one. It stays on your head and is a good value for price!

I work nights and struggle to keep my room dark. No worries now. This mask makes an instant blackout. My husband can turn on the light and I don’t know. It isn’t tight and you can adjust the strap if needed. It’s soft and comfortable to wear. I feel like I sleep better.

The slightest bit of light wakes me up and my husband gets up 2 hours before me and turns on the lights in the house. I used to get upset because then I was awake - hours before I needed to be (or wanted to be). With this mask I can now sleep through his turning on the lights. As someone who’s a back and side sleeper, this mask works for both positions. I don’t find that it moves around as I sleep and switch from my back to either of my sides. I like that each eye has a position in the mask and that each area is deep enough for my eyelashes. The padding around the nose ensures that no light is sneaking in. If you’re serious about your sleep, this is your mask!

Where has this been my whole life! Comfortable, total blackout and lightweight! Soft fabrics especially around the eye, a nice “pocket” so no pressure on your eyes. The longer side prevent any light from sneaking in. Thank you!

Il crée un noir complet, et est confortable à porter. Je le recommande à tout le monde autour de moi qui se plaint d'être révéillé trop tot par la lumière du jour.
