Will this attract any lice or mites since it doesn’t rinse?

A bird would get mites and lice by being around other birds with lice and mites. This often happens with birds that are kept outside. Supervise outside time to ensure your pet does not come in contact with lice / mite infested wild birds. This product doesn't attract lice or mites as they jump from one bird to another - often in outdoor environments or by bringing and infested bird into your home.

which sprayer does it come with, i see featured with both a white and a black. does it come with both? which one doesn't work?

The last two times I ordered this spray (June 2023) they did not come with the nice curved white sprayer pictured in their add. Instead they came with hard to use sprayers, especially if you do not have really strong hands. I finally went ahead and bought the sprayer from Bird Tricks to use with this spray.
