I do suffer from insulin resistance . I tried several medicines and several diets with workout and nothing worked to lose some weight!!!!! Not even 1kg!!!! I wasn't sure about this one because I suffer from fibromyalgia and IBS and I react badly to most to medicines and supplements. But I said I will give it a try and see. I can't be happier!!! Use it correctly!
The product works! You must use it to correctly though which it doesn’t tell you. Best way to do it is drink a lot water and eat smaller portions. Give it five days to really settle into your system. Your stomach will start paralyzing eventually.

Confuses my brain
Only Day 2. I took this because I heard it makes sugar taste disappear. It does but for whatever reason, seems like a hit and miss for me. I can’t taste sugar in my coffee but when I have some sweet foods, I taste sweetness. Soda tastes like sparkling water while candies pecans have a faint sweetness to them. It may be my brain sending memories of the tastes (ghost flavor?). Very odd. Also, spicy foods aren’t as spicy. The only problem I have is that because sweetness is faded, I find myself eating more because I’m not feeling the typical rush I get from sugar. This is such a mind bending experience. I need my blood sugar to level downso I’ll see how it is after a week and try to come back to add more info.
