There is not a handle per se, but the pointed rooftop has openings that can be used to carry the dollhouse. My 2 yo granddaughter takes hers all over the house.

Toddlers Favorite Little People Set

This house is hands down my toddlers favorite little people set right now at 2 years old. It has so many fun sounds and songs. It also teaches her some important real life skills. One of the sounds is a kid saying "I need to go potty" this has been really helpful to work a bit of potty training into play which has really helped her grasp the skill better. I would definitely recommend this set to any toddler parent.
